Blisters, Inc., The Visual Pak Companies’ full-service thermoforming facility, designs and produces the following custom packaging to conform to the unique configurations of your particular product line:

• Bi-fold clam shells
• Tri-fold clam shells
• Plastic trays
• Blister packaging

All elements are produced utilizing high-speed, computer controlled machines, which are capable of fully automated in-line forming, cutting, stacking and counting, while maintaining the highest degree of accuracy, quality, and speed to market.

We produce all tooling in-house, including prototype and production molds, applying the latest CAD software to ensure dimensional accuracy. Fully-automated CNC production equipment enables us to maintain both an industry leading on-time delivery percentage and a superior external quality rate.
