Our employee recognition awards capture and acknowledge our nominated, creative-thinking employees into two categories: (1) Spotlight, and (2) One Team, One Goal. Both award levels are essential and represent tVPC values of Safety, Integrity, Team, and Profitability. 

Spotlight Award:

Award recognizes an idea or solution for a single business unit or department.

Nomination Guidelines

• Idea/Solution impacts one business or department
• Initiated and solved a business unit problem using in-house resources, including people, owed assets, or technology, and systems.
• Identified and using a process improvement in your job that has a significant result.
• A work environment improvement that is being used and has made a positive difference noticed by others.
• Additional notable achievements are approved by the Culture Club that further company goals, financially or culturally.

One Team, One Goal Award:

The award will be valuable across more than one business or department that resulted in a sustained improvement that is documented and enforceable.

Nomination Guidelines

• Led a cross-department initiative that resulted in a sustained improvement that is documented and enforceable.
• Initiated and solved a business problem using in-house resources, including people, owed assets, or technology, and systems.
• Championed a major cross-company initiative that improved a process
• Provided a solution to a problem that showcased in-house resources such as technology, operations, assets, and especially people collaboration and applied skills/knowledge.
• Identified substantial financial savings solution.
• Additional notable achievements are approved by the Culture Club that further company goals, financially or culturally.
